New Hampshire does not have an individual income tax. There are no state tax brackets for personal wages or salaries.
Additionally, the state’s tax on interest and dividend income (I&D tax) was fully repealed, effective January 1, 2025.
This means New Hampshire officially joins the eight states that do not levy any form of individual income tax.
Therefore, there are no New Hampshire tax brackets for individuals to report on their state tax returns. Residents will still be responsible for paying federal income taxes according to federal tax brackets.
