In order to participate companies have to follow strict privacy and security guidelines.
During the 2014 tax year, anyone who had an AGI of no more than $30,000 or was active duty military with an AGI of no more than $58,000, or those who qualified for the EITC were able to use TurboTax Freedom Edition.
Keep in mind the TurboTax Freedom Edition is not the same as the Federal Free File edition available on the TurboTax website.
